Designing our Dream Wedding

On October 25th I got to marry the man of my dreams

The 1909 Topanga Canyon, California

Not only was it the best day of my life, to say “I do” to the love of my life, but I got to design the look and feel to create a warm and inviting environment for family and friends to enjoy and cherish. I didn’t realize it at the time, but this became my very first design project where I was the Creative Director of my own wedding! Safe to say those who came out to help make the dream come to life can attest that I was cool as a cucumber and stayed out of the way while they helped put everything together. We could not have accomplished so much without all of our loving family and dearest friends, who rallied together to bring this day to life!

From the flower arrangements, to signage being hand drawn by my sister-in-law, to decorating and setting the tables with the many bottles and small items we had collected for months - it was a total surprise for me to see it completed when I came out to walk down the aisle and my heart filled with glee. The vision had become a reality, and it sure looked incredible!
